"I'm passionate about helping clients navigate out of tricky personal injury claims situations. My role is to ensure they receive their entitlements and move forward with their lives where possible.
Before coming to Braye Cragg, I spent 20 years working for large insurers managing claim teams for CTP, workers compensation, motor vehicle, property and public liability claims.
This experience allows me to solve problems more effectively, deliver expert advice to my clients and set real expectations.
I'm always a calm, confident and reassuring presence throughout the process. I’m also able to simplify any technical industry jargon, which people appreciate.
My other passions in life include coaching my son's rugby and daughter's basketball teams, travelling and spending time with my family."
